Applying for membership:
To apply for membership fill out the membership application below and submit it, with the appropriate dues, to the individual listed on the bottom of the form.
Prospective members need to have at least one sponsor, a member in good standing.
The application will be read at the first meeting of the Club following its receipt. Membership begins at the meeting during which the applicant is approved.
One of the benefits of joining our club is discounted trial entries and seminar fees. In order to receive discounted trial entries, you must assist with set up, and/or break down, or serve in major trail position (Trial Secretary, Chair, Hospitality or Worker Coordinator or Equipment Manager) at one of our trials preceding the trial at which you wish to receive the discount.
There are four types of memberships open to all persons 12 years of age and older, who subscribe to the purposes of the Club: individual, family, junior and honorary.
a. An Individual membership shall be open to all persons who are 18 years or older. Persons with Individual memberships are eligible to vote and hold office.
b. A Family membership (2 adults in the same household) shall be open to 2 persons that are 18 years of age or older. Each household member is eligible to hold office and is entitled to a separate vote.
c. A Junior membership shall be open to those persons 12-17 years of age who are sponsored by a person holding an Individual or Family membership. Junior members may not vote or hold office and are not required to pay dues. They must apply for either Individual or Family membership upon reaching their 18th birthday.
d. A Honorary membership may be bestowed upon any person in recognition of their service to the Club at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Honorary Members are not eligible to vote or hold office and are exempt from all dues and/or assessments.
